Below is our process on how it works to hire us for your cleaning needs. The layout is a simple step-by-step that you can easily follow. Think of it as your client journey.
Step 1:Scheduling
Schedule a cleaning through our online booking page or simply call us at (307) 274-4678.
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Step 2: Walkthrough
Whether you set a date for a cleaning or you are looking for a free quote a walkthrough is needed. This helps us prepare for your home cleaning so we can know the scope of the work. It is quick and usually takes 15-30 minutes. The walkthrough can happen within 24 hours of you contacting us or a day before your cleaning service date. This time can also be used to answer any questions you may have for us.

Step 3: Let us in
You can be home for your first service or not it is up to you. Our clients leave a key for us or may have a code that they give us to enter through the garage. Whichever works best for you we just need to have a way to get in your home the day of your cleaning service.
Step 4: We Clean
Our professional cleaners know what do to. If we have any specific questions during the cleaning we will let you know. We supply our own cleaning products and any cleaning equipment needed during your cleaning service. All you need to do is relax.
Step 5: Payment & Recurring services
We recommend setting up recurring cleanings with us so you can continue to enjoy more free time and the ability to enjoy Jackson's outdoors, be involved in the local community events, and simply relax on the weekends with a clean and healthy space around you. Many of our clients enjoy weekly, bi-weekly, and even once a month cleaning services.
We will send an invoice to you once the cleaning is done which you can expect in your email within 1-3 business days. Not completely satisfied? No worries. We will send our team back to redo anything we missed free of charge.
